Parties and scope
These terms govern a provider’s agreed participation in WasteProviders.co.uk, operated by Montaj Digital Ltd (13521589), C/O SGB Accountants, Sopers House, Sopers Road, Cuffley, EN6 4RY, UK. Listing a business does not itself create a partnership, agency, exclusive arrangement or acceptance of these terms. We record affirmative acceptance before sharing customer enquiries with a partner. Any fees or paid placement require separate written agreement.
Listing information and compliance
You must provide accurate business, contact, service and registration details and promptly report changes, suspension or expiry. You remain responsible for required carrier registrations, permits, insurance, duty-of-care documentation and lawful handling of waste. You permit us to display the listing information you provide for the directory and confirm you are entitled to provide it. We may verify, edit, suspend or remove a listing where information is inaccurate, a concern arises or participation ends. A verification badge is limited to the check stated and is not certification of your entire operation.
Enquiries and customer contracts
We may offer suitable enquiries but do not guarantee volume, exclusivity, conversion, completeness or a customer’s intention to proceed. Use enquiry details only to respond to that customer’s requested waste service. Do not resell leads, disclose them to unrelated businesses or add customers to marketing without an appropriate separate basis. You are responsible for your quotations, prices, consumer information, contracts, payments, cancellations, fulfilment and disputes. We do not collect waste or contract as the customer’s agent.
Data protection and security
Montaj Digital Ltd and the provider act as independent controllers for their respective purposes. You must comply with applicable data protection and electronic communications law, provide your own privacy information, protect received details, restrict staff access and retain data only as necessary. Assist with relevant rights requests and promptly notify us of any incident affecting enquiries received from us at kaiyan@montajdigital.io. Use a secure channel for incident details. Delete enquiry information when no longer needed, subject to justified legal retention.
Communications and ending participation
We record permission for partner emails separately from listing status and terms acceptance. You may opt out using the email link or contact us. A marketing opt-out does not prevent necessary responses to a request you initiate or required legal notices. Either party may end participation by written notice; we may suspend sharing immediately where misuse, data risk or inaccurate information needs investigation. Obligations concerning customer data and existing customer contracts continue as applicable.
Responsibility and disputes
Each party is responsible for its own acts and compliance. We use reasonable care in administering the directory but make no guarantee of commercial benefit. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that cannot be excluded by law. Contact us first to seek resolution of a concern. These business terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and its courts have jurisdiction. Changes will be notified where they materially affect an existing arrangement; acceptance of material changes will be recorded. Version 7 September 2026.
