Who we are
WasteProviders.co.uk is operated by Montaj Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under 13521589. Registered office: C/O SGB Accountants, Sopers House, Sopers Road, Cuffley, EN6 4RY, UK. Contact: kaiyan@montajdigital.io. These terms apply to use of the directory and enquiry service.
What the service does
We help visitors find waste businesses and submit enquiries. We are not the waste carrier, do not collect or dispose of waste, and do not enter a waste-service contract on your behalf. Any quotation, booking, payment, cancellation or complaint about a waste service is between you and the chosen provider under its terms. Consumer search and enquiry submission are free. Provider charges, if any, require a separate written agreement.
Listings and enquiries
Listings are compiled from public sources and provider information and may contain inaccuracies. Rankings and aggregate ratings reflect the data available and are not guarantees of quality or availability. A verified label means the stated registration was checked at a particular time, not that all services, insurance or conduct have been audited. You should check the appropriate carrier registration, insurance, waste acceptance and disposal arrangements before booking. Submitting a request allows us to review it and share relevant details with suitable providers as described in our privacy policy. We cannot promise a response, number of quotes or outcome.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information, submit requests you are authorised to make, and do not send unlawful, abusive or sensitive material unnecessarily. Do not misuse forms, impersonate others, bypass access controls, introduce malware or disrupt the site. Do not systematically copy or reuse directory content in breach of applicable intellectual-property, database or third-party rights. Links may lead to independent sites; their own terms and privacy practices apply.
Content and availability
Our branding and original site content belong to us or our licensors. Third-party names, ratings and information remain subject to their owners’ rights. You may use the site for its intended search and enquiry purposes. We may correct listings, remove content or suspend access for maintenance or misuse. We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Liability and your legal rights
We take reasonable care in providing the service, but information and estimates should be checked with the provider. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for an independent provider’s performance or indirect business losses arising from use of the directory. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Complaints, changes and law
Report website or listing concerns to kaiyan@montajdigital.io so we can investigate. We may update these terms for future use and will show the date here. They are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers elsewhere in the UK retain mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts of their home jurisdiction where applicable.
